Who we are

What we collect, and why

• Enquiry forms — name, email and your message. Used to respond to you and, only with your explicit consent (the checkbox on the form), to introduce you to one relevant, vetted local partner able to help with your request. Never sold, never shared beyond that single introduction.
• Newsletter — your email address, used only to send you the newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Analytics — we use cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles.

Where your data lives

Form and newsletter data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore) (data region to be confirmed — EU), accessible only to the publisher.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete either at any time.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, export and erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to the contact address above; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
